This item is absolutely fantastic.It works great.I purchased it for my son and daughter in law.Some of the line set came damaged due to the shipping company.I contacted their support and they immediately sent out new lineset.Their customer service is second to none. They are very fast to respond to questions and great to work with. You can't go wrong with this product.

I recently purchased two sets of Della mini-split air conditioners—one with three zones and the other with four zones. I found the installation process to be very simple, as the manual and installation guide were detailed and easy to follow. Once installed, the units ran smoothly, providing strong heating and cooling performance. Additionally, the built-in WiFi makes it convenient to control them via a smartphone. Most importantly, the price is very reasonable. Compared to other brands, Della is a smart choice.

Ordered this for mobile home that had a failing ac unit and outrageous power bill, during the summer extreme heat when the real feel was 100+ temp would be 90 inside, after installing this unit inside temp is a constant 73 and the power bill has dropped about half Best price out there, easy to install works great After installing this, my brother was so impressed he purchased one for his mobile home because he was suffering from high bills and too hot, he received the same results, very impressive I would recommend this product to anyone I am planning on purchasing a unit for myself

Everything worked as it should, install wasn't to default however you must vacuum the lines and change for leaks before releasing the freon. I've done 4 units so far in 3 years with no issues. Not a fan of the 12k unit though temps don't seem to be spot on but still does the job. We've used the units down to 17 degrees here in NY and held up well.

Received 4 zone mini split bundle but had one faulty indoor unit. Contacted Della customer service and they sent me a replacement unit, but UPS mishandled the package and I did not receive replacement unit. Fortunately, Della agreed to resolve this problem by issuing me a full refund. Giving five stars for great customer service and I will update review once refund has been received.

I have a problem with the unit outside unit on one of the mini splits. I ordered would like somebody to call me or contact me please for either exchange or somebody to come out and fix it.
