My 3 year old poops every 3 days. She never complains that she is feeling any discomfort or pain, but regardless her doctor said she should be going every day so that it doesn't become uncomfortable when she does go. He said to look into some fiber gummies so I found these. My daughter asks for these plus her prune juice everyday lol I think she may be a rare breed to request prune juice but I'll take it! These, in addition to the juice, have helped her go more frequently. She still doesn't go every day though. Serving size of the gummies says 3. I started her out with just 1 to see how things went. Nothing changed. We switched to 2 gummies recently and she has been going a bit more frequently. I would recommend.
