This isn't bad for an inflatable neck support pillow Though not nearly as good as the typical foam pillows, it is a reasonable alternative for traveling. It's major failing is that it only has one air chamber, which greatly limits its functionality. It takes a while to inflate using the tiny little pump that it comes with but deflates in seconds.If you can find an inflatable pillow with two or more air chambers, then I would buy that instead of this product.

I'm a small person and this fits me very well. It should fit a medium sized person well also. It gives good lumbar back support, fills in chairs made for giants so that I can sit comfortably. Doesn't leak, easy to deflate and you can choose to blow it up (faster) or use the built in pump (easier). Nice that it comes with a bag to carry it in.

Not what expected at all. Super low and tiny. Planning on returning.

It's soft to the touch. So far takes the abuse, a family of 5 gives it.Not a huge fan of the hand pump part always popped out, it is a very small complaint.Don't blow it up super firm. Once you adjust it right, it is really comfortable. Even comes with a small bag to take it with you. It is also easy to blow up and seals tight.

This wedge is working well to give support to my back due to pain while seating. The integrated pump works well and it does not deflate. Looks sturdy and able to take some weight. One minus is no instructions, so it took me a bit to figure out how to operate the pump.
