Love it!!!! It not only smells amazing but it leaves your hair feeling soft and clean! I usually have trouble with my hair feeling greasy after using a certain product for a short period of time but with this there was no greasiness, just a clean feeling after each wash!

Ordered this set when I was running low and shampoo & conditioner. My daughter has used this and really liked the way it left her hair feeling, so I decided to check it out. The shampoo lathers nicely and I felt like it cleaned well with just one application (i.e., no need to do it twice before conditioning). The conditioner isn't heavy, so I was concerned about how well it would handle the inevitable tangles, but my hair was super silky after rinsing and no snarls at comb-out. For reference, I am 61 with fine but very curly hair. These products helped eliminate tangles and reduce frizz without weighing my hair down. I felt the set had a great price point as well. Will definitely order again.

Blind buy, and I’m not mad about it. The bottles are cute, and I can tell I’ll be able to get every last drop out, which is always a win. The lather is impressive for a sulfate-free formula. I immediately liked the conditioner as I raked it through my hair in the shower. It’s nice and slippery without weighing my hair down or leaving it oily. Afterward, my hair felt bouncy, sleek, and moisturized. The only con? The scent. It’s not terrible, just not something I’d call great.

Within one use my hair feels so much softer and healthier. I noticed it makes it shine and have more volume. I absolutely love and a great price. Definitely salon quality that lasts

I received a sample of this in the mail. I was impressed with the little amount of shampoo and conditioner you needed for washing. I ordered this product with high expectations only to be a little disappointed. I have fine hair and depending on the product I use I have a tendency to produce too much sebum. I found that I cannot use this product daily, it made my roots heavy and flat. The shampoo is clarifying, so maybe it was the conditioner? The conditioner itself made my hair ends dry.

So, I do not particularly enjoy going to the store these days to pick out a combination of shampoo and conditioner that matches my criteria for hair care. I get super overwhelmed with the different bottles, sizes, costs, purposes, missions-- whether it's vegan-free, animal cruelty-free; the list goes on and on!! I'm not wrong. While doing my toiletry shopping, I came across this little gem!!! First of all, the bottle itself - texture and color - is very appealing (I know that sounds weird, but it's all in the details, right?!). I love Ess's candid language she uses for the label on the back of the bottles. The scent of the shampoo and conditioner has just the right amount to please the nostrils. I don't want the scent of my shampoo and conditioner combined with my Marc Jacobs to permeate a room when I walk in; however, when I lean my head on my husband's shoulder, I want my hair to smell good! :) I have had platinum blonde hair for 5+ years and it's to the middle of my back. My hair stylist is incredible, yes. I ALSO know that the Kristin Ess products are what nourishes my hair to the extent that I actually have thick, voluminous hair-- mind you, I used to treat my hair terribly by dying it from black to red to blonde; my hair should be thinning, but my hair is the healthiest it has been in a long time! I absolutely LOVE Kristin Ess. I would strongly recommend Kristin Ess Shampoo and Condition based on the quality and the cost. Oh! And she is a USA made product!!!

Interesting price, very fast international delivery, but package content was extremely hot due probably to lack of air conditioning in the carrier's truck or long exposure to sun. I am really annoyed because I bought several items of the product. And maybe the product is already damaged or its lifespan is shortened now. Impossible to chat with customer service because the application is not authorised in current geographical area. Will update my review later depending on my findings…

Really love this shampoo and conditioner set, especially the shampoo. It's so much more affordable than other similar products and brands which i also love. It also has a nice and clean but not overpowering scent to it. The shampoo is a clarifying shampoo so it gets rid of any build-up that is in your hair from any products. It is not as harsh and over the top as other clarifying shampoos that i have tried, as other brands have dried my hair out too much. It lathers pretty well, isn't a pain to wash out either. The formula for the shampoo is Vegan and cruelty free which is also amazing! Love that it works well on coloured hair as well. The conditioner is great too, but it isn't as hydrating and I do have to use quote a bit of product to distribute it properly through my hair, as I have a lot of hair and volume in my hair. Another downside to the conditioner is that it is not Vegan, so I have found other options for a conditioner. Both are cruelty free which is great.

I love this product specifically. I tried it by pure chance for the first time in 2019. And since then have repeatedly bought/used it…! If your hair is dry, dull and frizzy, (and even if they are not) this shampoo works wonders. It worked great on my hair and it doesn’t seem like I need a change anytime soon!

Absolutely love this set. The scent is so fresh and sophisticated and my hair feels soft and manageable every time I use it. I am about a year postpartum so my hair isn't great but since adding these to my routine, I’ve noticed fewer tangles and more shine. Will be buying again!
