I ordered one of these which took a while to come. When it did the rain function did not work. Some of the smaller items where missing so I assume it was a return that hadn’t been processed by Amazon properly. I contacted customer services and they sent me a new one which I thought was very good. The new one came much quicker. Great product.

Daughter loves it only problem was some buttons on remote don’t work

This product stopped working within a couple weeks of owning it. The rain stopped working despite following instructions to fix it and proper cleaning.

The media could not be loaded. So in love in this. Love the different rain settings and light settings . Love the wood affect base, you have a choice of wood affect or white plastic . Really easy to use highly recommended for adults or children
