Have only had for a few days, but seems to be working perfectly. Installed Linux OS. Boots so much faster than my older PCs. Like that it takes up a fraction of the space of my old tower as well!

This is such a great little pc. For who are working with limited space this pc box is perfect as you can hook it up to your TV and be able to access pc anywhere! Well worth the price and runs like a full size pc! Have had this for almost a year and have had no issues so far!

Really nice compact PC. Mounted to the back of my 4k monitor really easily with the included VESA plate. Boots a little slower than my other PCs with similar hardware and Windows 11 Home. Otherwise really fast for what I need.

Had this thing for 1 year and 7 months and it's still the best damn powerful lil computer I've ever invested in. Compactful and convenient. Perfect for travel and never heats up. Can even handle demanding games like Baldurs Gate 3 and Wuthering Waves with out not much pressure (even though I still put them on low settings just in case) Working on getting my husband one too!

It's a great little computer that outperforms all the desktops and laptops I've had from a speed and ease perspective. The only negative is that mine would just shut down at random times about once a week with no error message. Amazon was very helpful in having it replaced.

So far everything works great. I had an issue when I used the minipc for the first time after updating window 11. The settings told me that memory was only 12 gb, not the 16 gb that the minipc advertised. I did contact the seller. Their response was quick, like within hours. 4gb of the 16 gb was shared with integrated graphics card. They showed me how to change the allocated memory to graphics card in the bios. I changed that from allocated 4 gb to auto. Once i rebooted, the memory available is 15 gb (with 1 gb for graphics and other system use). That works for me.The pc is really fast. I am doing dual booting with windows and linux. I actullay installed Terabyte Ltd. software called bootit uefi, that allows not only dual boot, but also many other operations like partition work, editing boot menu, and the best of all, image of the operating system that can be stored on an attached external drive.In summary this was a great buy for a reasonable price, and the seller is excellent with technical support.

Love this mini pc! Play sims and other games on here with no problem. Noise level is minimum, you can hear the fan but it’s relatively quiet. Was very easy to setup just plug it in and turn it on! Small in size but the performance for this computer is amazing! Have had for almost a year with no issues

Replaced a Minisforum Ryzen 5 system with this unit. FAR faster, and very solidly built. Deleted Winblows 11 and installed Linux Mint which went on in record time with ZERO issues. Skyrim on Ultra is smooth as butter, Waveform 13 (my DAW) can handle more tracks than I could ever use, Krita.. well, wow. ZERO performance issues. AND WILDLY AFFORDABLE. I'll end up getting a second one for video editing.
