New computer
New computer, good graphics card, and fast processor. It’s been a few months so far and it’s been great. Fingers crossed that it works for several years.

Not what is featured in the
PC came with only 80 gig / not the 2 tb that is advertised. Also, The features panel picture on this unit shows only (1) display port 1.4; however the reviews state there are (3) 1.4a ports / which it does have. If it had the 2tb I would keep the unit, but nadda... sending it back.

Defective Product
Desktop did not function properly. It kept spontaneously restarting at random intervals and would not stay on for more than a few minutes at a time. I contacted Dell SupportAssist to troubleshoot the problem. I spent hours on the phone/text attempting different fixes. I am not a computer expert, I'm a computer user. They kept sending me videos on how to fix it. I could not get them to understand that I could not complete their suggested functions because the computer kept restarting. There was a delay in communications, thus making the process extremely long. After several hours I was informed that the motherboard needed to be replaced. A couple days later a technician was sent out to replace the motherboard and that did not fix the problem. I contacted Dell again and was given similar suggestions. Which I again told them I could not perform because the computer would not remain on long enough to run any suggested functions. I informed them I was going to return the item and they insisted on continuing to troubleshoot the problem. An issue that was never going to be solved on a computer that would not remain on. I finally had to tell them I was not going to continue and I was returning the item. It was a huge, stressful situation I will not repeat again with another Dell product. The support provided was inadequate and their failure to understand the issue was beyond frustrating. I now have to take the item to The UPS store for return. I do not have the original box, as this was a gift and the box was removed and recycled after it was set up for me. So I will probably have to pay to have it packaged and returned. Horrible experience and the worst support I've ever experienced. I'm sure my situation is not typical, but if you do run into problems, I can assure you that Dell Support is not a group of people who are computer experts. They are however, experts at sending videos to customers on how to fix a problem they themselves refuse to acknowledge.

Not as adverrtised
That assertion is NOT a product problem, rather it is a product DESCRIPTION problem, presumably created by Amazon. The description states "512GB SSD + 2TB HDD", which I think most people will read as 2.5 TB of disk storage. In truth, the 512 GB SSD is not provided as a disk storage device but as a 0.5 TB ultra high speed buffer, intended to make the data transfer speed from/to the 2 TB hard drive significantly faster. This use of an SSD in this manner is usually denoted by changing the term from SSD to HSSD, or Hybrid SSD.
