LDAC support is so worth it. Very detailed and nuanced sound signature. Best product ever!
To summarize, these buds far surpass any of the high end earbuds available today. Sonically nothing else comes close. LDAC, the drivers, the DAC, the amplifier, the battery life, everything. ANC may not be "best of class" but still excellent. The Svanar don't try to be everything to everybody. It's a niche product for critical listeners or even the everyday person that wants more realism and emotion from their music. This is the reason for the resurgence of vinyl and analog equipment, but I think these buds far surpass anything analog or digital. As with any bud, a tight seal is everything. An assortment of tips are included, but none were large enough for me so initially the bass response was not adequate. So I ordered larger ones on Amazon and this improved bass response dramatically. Not only is the bass incredible, it's not boomy or distorted. It's tight, accurate, and precise. I imagine the included tips are gonna work for most people (8 pairs included). The port size (the part that connects to the tip) is quite small - and metal, not plastic - so if you need to order tips look for something in the 3.5-4mm range. These buds are intended for the audio purist that demands the best sound quality available with current technology. LDAC 990k bitrate is quite impressive even compared to aptx HD. To get the best out of this device, I recommend a streaming service like TIDAL or Qobuz. Many if not most other streaming services compress the digital files which causes loss of quality. The sound signature is typical hifiman and the planar magnetic technology they use for the driver. The conversion from digital to analog used by Hifiman is more costly and difficult to implement (R2R), but it produces a more natural sound and avoids the artifacts of delta delta-sigma converters found in most audio gear. It avoids the annoying high frequency ringing of most buds. I also own the Sennheiser MOMENTUM or B&W Pi7 S2 which are quite good, but these products do not have the resolution and accuracy of the Svanar and with seemingly higher distortion on the low end. Distortion on the Svanar is an unheard of .005%.At the current sale price, I highly recommend the Svanar. The other products mentioned are also quite good, and ultimately depends on the sound signature you are looking for, the quality/genre of streamed music and of course your budget. If you like thundering bass this product is not intended for that. If you are the kind of person that savors the experience of being in the recording studio, immersed in every nuance of the artist, the instruments, the sound of echos in the room, a foot tapping softly on the floor, quiet unmiked whispers, you'll get all that and more with the Svanar. One thing you will not get is an app. With the exception of firmware updates, I don't find that apps are particularly useful. These buds don't need EQ because the sound is already perfect. They expertly reproduce music as recorded.Only hickup I've had with these is that they may connect then immediately disconnect. Also may happen that I do not get a stable connection with LDAC. Customer service suggested to restart the phone and re-pair the buds. Seems strange, but the solution works reliably. They also suggested to switch to a lower bitrate codec but I do not find that necessary. If I was satisfied with SBC or AAC poor audio quality I would not be upgrading to these. One last note that the sound even better after a few days of use. This is normal. I would recommend these even at $499, and at the current sale price they are a no brainer.Update. The Svanar continue to amaze me. There can be songs I've listened to 100 times on other high end products, but with these buds reveal details, texture, a lusciousness, a richness, a clarity far beyond similarly priced products. Somehow, they also play quite loud with no detectable distortion. If you're a musician who know how any particular instrument should sound, these will reproduce the true character of any instrument with stunning accuracy. There is a wired studio version of this product priced at 1,999 but I can't imagine that they sound any better than these wireless. The connection problem I had initially has disappeared, but for whatever reason I need to turn off-on bluetooth to avoid occasional dropouts. I always use LDAC with high fidelity mode on, which are the most demanding on the bluetooth connection. I'm not one to splurge on something like an earbud, but I must say these are totally worth it. They may seem too bright at times, but when I reseat them in my ear, the warmth and power of the low end returns. My search for the ultimate earbud is over. These are keepers. Hats off to hifiman. Perfection.

Great sound if they'd actually work
They sound great when they work, but that's rare. The Bluetooth constantly cuts out every couple of seconds. I've used all kinds of devices and cut down on interference whenever I could, but they just won't work. The right earbud's charging pad somehow recessed into the body a few months later, so now one of them won't charge. Shockingly, the microphone on these was one of the best I've ever had on phone calls, but that's just about all that worked. Oh, and the charging case only charges when plugged in on a certain side of the USB-C cable. I'm not sure how that's even possible. Sometimes, you just need to reseat it multiple times, and it will finally charge. The earbuds scream "Battery low" in a Chinese accent at least every 5 minutes after they're about 15-20% low, so have fun with that. I contacted support about the Bluetooth connectivity, and they were willing to take a look, but I had to pay shipping there and back. If they somehow decided they weren't defective after all, I'd be charged 50 bucks on top of that and they threaten a cleaning charge. Pretty terrible for a company that sells high-end equipment and brags about it.

One of the best SQ in a TWS
If you prioritize sound quality in a TWS, look no further than the Svanar. It has the best sound I heard to date and I own a bunch of high end TWS. It has great packaging content with USB C and sets of eartips. Only negatives I have with the contents and the product itself are the eartips are pretty small for my ears and the earbuds lose volume when switching to ANC/Transparency modes. High Fidelity mode is the way to go. Has a high volume and better fidelity representation. No app adm manual instructions are included. They are a bulky fit but you get used to it. For the price it is definitely accurate for the sound but not if your looking for an all rounder.

Mind blowingly good... But with a considerable catch.
I believe I don't have to talk about how this thing is built. Just by looking at the picture you could already tell that this thing is built like a tank and it is quite very unique, too.Now talk about the sound: It is the best TWS I've ever put onto my ears. And if you're not an audiophile or not really into audio world but someone found this from your Amazon recommendations, this thing destroys the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro in every way immaginable in terms of sound. So, how exactly does it sound? This thing has that R2R warmth with the typical Hifiman's recessed mid tuning. But that doesn't mean it would sound bad.Bass: Not very strong, but tight, deep and detailed.Vocal: Feels slightly behind, however, very solid in terms of detail. Vocal sounds warm and saturated, leaning to the "very fun to listen to" part.High: Smooth, bright but not harsh. However, it may sound a bit too bright to some people but I don't find this issue on my ears. (Yay! :D)Technicalities: Even with only 1DD, this thing has a very exceptional sound separation. Instruments doesn't bleed into each other. Soundstage wise, it is not impressive but enough to make you feels like you listen to music in a small box around your head rather than inside your head. Now, let's talk to the downsides: No EQ, no app support. Connectivity is questionable because I'm unable to push my Svanar Wireless to its limit due to my unit connection is only stable with the bitrate set at 96/24 and 660. If I set it to 990, it will be unlistenable due to sound continuously cutting off.Do I think it's worth it? Yes, absolutely. I don't want to bring my IEMs and DAC together when I'm outside and this one provides exactly just that, but without all the cables and bulky stuffs. And at the time this post review was written, Svanar Wireless is only $350. Which is cheaper than getting something that sounds equivalent to this thing.
