This has really helped with urinary urgency and frequency. I rarely have to think about going almost as soon as I'm done. I still have issues, but I've greatly improved. I can go 4 or 5 hours between trips unless I'm drinking something that specifically stimulates my bladder. An unexpected side effect is that the thinning hair by my temples is thicker. I knew this could help with thinning hair, but that's not why I was taking it. My biggest issue is the difference in the capsule colors between bottles. I really hope they work the same because it's really helped me.
