Q: Why aren’t we using a plus size model for a plus size dress ?

I'm a plus size, and I hate it when plus size catalogs show dresses on smaller-sized women. Another trick of the trade, is when clothing photographers use women with an hourglass figure to model plus size fashions, and they're actually no larger than a size 14, and they naturally have a flat tummy! It's the abominable, forbidden, big belly of real women they refuse to display, because their cheap, stretchy, and untailored clothing would look hideous on big women, and wouldn't sell. If I could afford three or four hundred dollars for a tailored dress, I would, but for now, it's either Walmart Hoochie Mamma, or Mother of the Bride fashions, at best.

Yes please Amazon! Maxi dresses are all over the floor on me! I pass up a lot of dresses that I like due to the added expense of having them altered.

Q: How long is the xxl I’m 5’5” will it be too short?

I ordered L and I am 5 10 the link exactly how it’s shown in the picture. I don’t think it will be short at all , maybe too long hope that helps
