Smooth and refreshing
The gentleness of the scrub and it’s aroma it’s are one of the first things you’ll notice. It’s pleasant and refreshing…. There’s a hint of citrus but not overwhelming, plus give coffee aroma it’s a nice touch… really refreshing overall. As a scrub it worked very good without causing any irritation, felt really refreshed.

Hey, you drinking coffee in the shower again??
Like all things coffee the MINSLIS Body Arabica Coffee Scrub delivers on that enticing eye opening aroma that perks your senses right up. Having said that it would be well suited in the mornings to help your brain out of that post sleep fog when you struggle to get ready for work or just waking up in the mornings in general. Add an after shower cup of coffee and a person should be good to go lol.The body scrub isn't your typical moist oil infused scrub having enough moisture to make it a more clump like consistancy. It's dry, when you reach in the bag to take some out, very granular sand like maybe? Extremely good exfoliating feel and again it doesn't have much if any oil like a lot of scubs where you feel it on your skin when you rinse off. Works great on your feet, elbows, knees, and my favorite, which I highly recommmend trying, scrub a dubbing the old buttisimo.Be prepared to use the shower head to rinse out the mess left behind. It looked like I'd literally dumped coffee grounds in the tub so yeah a bit messy. I can imagine another houshold member walking into the bathroom getting a whiff from the air and be like what's going on in here. The only other minor annoyance is the zip loc type bag it comes in. The grains of the scrub get on the plastic strips that you are supposed to squeeze together to reseal it. You try and try to match them up and even when I thought I had it closed it kept fighting me and poppin' open. Honestly a sliding zipper top would have probably been a better option for the bag. I closed it best I could, folded it over a couple of times, and then used a metal binder clip for keeping papers together to keep it shut. I just hung the bag up on a shower hook for next time. Aside from the loose texture when taking some out to use, mess factor, and the bag I enjoyed the smell and how it performed. I liked it enough so that I bumped it up from 3 stars to 4 overall.

Loved it!
I really liked this scrub. It left my skin feeling really soft, and the scent is refreshing. I did transfer this to a container, but isn't necessary. The bag has a nice seal on it. It was just personal preference.

Nice scrub, inferior packaging
When I first received this coffee scrub, I was a little surprised at the packaging, but then decided I didn’t need a scrub in a screw top can — this might take up less room and be fine in the shower. Well, it’s not fine. First, and most importantly, the ziploc fails to close properly once the scrub crystals get in the grooves. I patiently tried four times after just one use of the scrub, and at this moment, my bag of scrub sits open until i can wipe down the ziploc and get all the crystals out. Second, it’s kind of a pain to dig down into the bag with your fingers to try to get some of the scrub. It will be even more challenging as the contents get lower. As for the scrub, I like it! I was met with a nice, strong aroma of coffee when I opened the bag. After scrubbing on my skin, and after the salt dissolved, there were still scrubbing particles with the coffee granules, which was nice. My skin has a faint coffee smell afterwards. Note, rinse well! All that dissolving of coffee and the rest of the scrub contents leaves gray water until it is rinsed away.

Nice and gritty, leaves residue in shower, could use more liquid
UPDATE: I moved this from the bag to a container. I added a bit of water to try to make it easier to pick up. While it did get easier to pick up, it was still really hard to use. The grains just come apart and they're so big and leave residue in the shower, I'm just not a fan. Downgraded this to one star.I like my scrubs scrubby, and this one definitely is. The granules feel like a combination of salt and coffee (which I believe they are) and a bit of orange oil. You can pretty much feel and smell all of these. It's sort of a fruity, dark coffee smell, which I do like.It was a little tough to use--it's a bit dry so hard to pick up and it doesn't really clump together. It's gritty enough that it scrubs those really rough body areas well. I do wish it had more liquid, and as others have said, that it came in a jar. Trying to open and close that bag with wet hands is impossible. It does leave brown grit everywhere, so be prepared to rinse your shower afterward. At the current price of $13 for a little less than 8 ounces, I don't feel it's a great value. Maybe in a jar, with a little more liquid or oil, at a slightly lower price, I could recommend it.
