Really easy to use. Not had to remove yet as only been on 24hrs. Washed fine. Did wear a sock to bed to protect against rolling up against sheets. No skin reaction. Comes in preset lengths which you can cut and adapt. So far, so good!

Used for shinsplints. Worked well

I've used other brands of kt tape before and I've been fine but this left me with blisters and rashes

Quality and materials are as equally good as one of the popular KT brand.The adhesive does not irritate the skin and has great adhesion.The tape stayed on even after taking a shower, was able to leave the tape on for 2 days and didn't fall off.Brought this when it was on sale ($16.99 for 2 rolls) at this price it was a great buy!

I purchased this tape just to see how this compares to KT brand tape. Previously I used 20 rolls of KT tape under conditions identical to this brand tape. I used while working around , biking, bathing, and hiking. In three days the KT tape had to be removed because of sticking problems, or KT tape caught on clothes or bedding. This new brand tape has lasted for six days and looks almost like I just applied it. I am using this for moderate to severe Achilles tendinitis, and when tape is in place I have almost no pain, or mild to moderate discomfort. I absolutely have no doubt which kinesiology tape I will be using from this point forward. No comparison for overall performance.

I bought this to save a little compared to buying KT tape. Not only did I save some money, but it actually sticks on better and lasts longer. I do the whole prep, clean and remove oil on the skin and even then KT tape doesn’t last as long as this one. Great quality and price. I will be buying this again.

Watched my Physical Therapist use this on my knee, for my torn Meniscus, so I figured I'd purchase some for home use.I work in a place where I have to walk up & down flights of stairs and this stuff helps a great deal, Until I can figure out if I'm going to opt in for surgery...It feels, as though, it's keeping my knee in tact and boy that's a relief in itself!The adhesive is strong and it last through 3 of my showers, until I decided to replace it.I did say the adhesive was strong, right?Which means you can't just pull it off, because I'm pretty sure your skin will come off too!😟Be careful putting it where hair is, if you don't want to feel like you're giving yourself a wax, because it will take off the hairs, so my advice would be to shave that area first, if it's hairy!Other than that, I'd recommend it.
