Took around 1 1/2 hours to fully assemble. Attaching the chair to the frame was the hardest part (I recommend attaching the bottom seat of the chair to the mounts BEFORE fully assembling the seat itself) the chair and frame came in 2 different shipments but both arrived almost a week early, so that's a plus. Also, DO NOT use the double sided Allen/Phillips head screw driver that comes with the hardware, a normal screw driver will work much better than the aluminum one provided (seeing as the screws are steel and strip out the shape of the Phillips head) and make sure you have enough space to flip the entire setup on its side so you can see underneath easier.Other than those small setbacks during assembly, it's very rigid and supportive framework. I weigh 200 lbs and I'm able to race very aggressively and lean side to side with little to no movement from the setup.My only specific problem with it, after assembly, is the pedal arrangement. It's very adjustable in most ways, but my Dualshock Thrustmaster T150 doesn't have the screw holes to fit the right side pedal offset slots, so I'm stuck with the brake and gas split evenly down the setup instead of offset to the right like any normal car. I'll drill a hole at some point to make it work, but for now, I had to offset the entire wheel and seat to the left to compensate. At least those are also adjustable!

Good communications with a heads up that the product is coming in two different shipments.The cockpit is pretty solid and seems like a much better value than the folding contraptions. Everything fit together nicely without issues. Pretty sturdy, probably not as good as some of the rigs going for three times the money, but excellent value when purchased with the offered discount (under $300). No regrets buying it!Cons: I wish it was possible to adjust the steering wheel distance and height independently. As it is both my little one at 4ft (with some back pillows) and myself over 6ft can use it, but moving the steering wheel close also raises the height. Independent adjustments would be better. I should mention that I picked this design specifically because it was braced on the side which reduces flexing, but it will limit the adjustment range. This was a trade off I'd take again as many other (from what I could find in the videos) seem to flex too much.

Sturdy for large folks , comfortable and adjustable.The pack was shipped separately but both parts were delivered before the date it was expected. There were videos on how to construct the seat and the base, but there was not a video on how to connect the seat to the base that might’ve been helpful but we figured it out.
