Very sturdy bucket! Works great for sand, rocks, dirt, and snow. We use them for creek play mostly. Would love to be able to pick the color. We've purchased multiple times!

Really like how this seems to be holding up. The bucket itself flexes but doesn't break and the handle is strong and secure. If I never have to buy another one (and it looks like I might not have to), it is worth the cost. LO loves it. Would be nice if I could have picked the color. EDIT: The handle on this bucket split in half and I have no idea how. The brand Haba handles distribution for Spielstabil in the USA and after emailing their customer support to see if I could get a new handle, they sent me a whole new bucket! Top notch customer service and really stand behind their product.

Although these sand buckets by Spielstable are smaller than I expected, they're the perfect size for my 4 and 2 yr. old Grandchildren. We spent 2 weeks at the beach with them, using them hard every day. They're so sturdy, comfortable to hold and good looking, I changed my mind about them and will order 3 to use at my house!

Very sturdy well made pail just seemed to be very small for a “large” pail. It should last a long time otherwise would have returned it for a larger one.

While these are not intended as a pet toy, my large dog loves to play with plastic flower pots, so I bought her a set of these pails as toys a few months ago. They are not indestructible, but they hold up very well to being left out in the weather, thrown up in the air, and kicked around the yard as a dog toy. If they can hold up to my dog playing, I am sure they can hold up to a toddler!

I bought my kids a shovel, pail, and sifter when visiting Germany 7 years ago. We bought the smaller size then. They are still like new. We live near the beach and they get used often. This year we bought the large size set for all four kids for Easter. Spielstabil makes a great product. These will be around for our grandkids. I know this is expensive for a sand bucket but they last a long time and I feel better about not throwing the cheap ones away at the end of every summer.
