Over the Top pleased with these bookcases. They are beautiful and sturdy. They connect to each other to add extra stability. Extremely well packed and delivery was fast.

Expensive shelf not to be delivered inside my home
Product is solid. it arrives fully assembled and well packaged in styrofoam, protective sheeting and cardboard. The wood is coated in an almost plastic varnish or something and looks a little fake but, still very nice. Disappointed there is no way to pre arrange delivery service inside. I ordered a double one with ladder at the same time and also disappointed they did not arrive together. Now I'm not sure how I will get it into the house. Other wise company is organized. I received notice of delivery far enough in advance to prepare and be home to sign for the delivery. The men who delivered were great they called 20mins advance of showing up, they were polite and courteous. They handled my shelf with great care. Once unwrapped however I noticed 6 screws had fallen completely out of the shelf backing. It did not seem to affect the structure, just surprising.
