Wonderful reformer for the price. Easy to assemble and fairly sturdy. The foot bar was originally missing but the customer service team sent it right away.

Review: About me: Past member of Club pilates and have taken 200+ classes. Installation: It took me 25 minutes to install, and the directions were self-explanatory. There is a random stain on the foot area, and it looked like wear and tear from delivery but not bad. The only thing I needed clarification on was two parts I have that the directions did not reference. The reformer is easy to install and move around an apartment. It is heavy but easy to move with the attached wheels. Utilization: This is my perspective based on trying various reformers with lagree and pilates. I think if you're starting your pilates practice this is worth it. Utilization cons: 1. One of my wheels gets stuck when I would push out. There is a section of the reformer where it bends in the middle so you can store it. Unfortunately, the metal is uneven in this area so the wheels don't move smoothly. It makes doing arm workouts such as chest expansions hard because it jerks you over the bump. 2. I am 5'6 and my head is supported, but if I'm doing leg lower and lift I can't go all the way down. It's hard to do any standing glute work on this reformer because of my height and the area of the footboard. 3. The resistance said it was 55 lbs. When all the springs are on it feels like 2 reds and blue. I would have preferred a heavier resistance adjustment. Pros: ( if your wheels work) * This is a good alternative to high-end reformers if you want an at-home workout * Feet in straps are nice * The reformer cushion is really comfortable

EDIT- The company reached out and was so helpful and nice. Offered to order replacement parts should I need them in the future and provided a discount for my troubles. They suggested buying a universal reformer cover/mat which I did. Therefore I increased my rating because customer service matters! Instructor on a budget review - I do like the reformer and don’t regret buying it. It gets the job done! I’ve had some great workouts so far. However I am nervous about the day I will need to buy replacement parts.. so far I am unable to find them anywhere. Beware- you are NOT able to contact the seller directly through Amazon with problems or questions (you’re only able to speak with Amazon customer service agents who are not versed in Pilates equipment lol). There is also no email address or website to contact the manufacturer/seller. My reformer came with a hole on the carriage mat, and I bought replacement loops for the straps because the ones it came with feel cheap and flimsy. No jumpboard. The instructions weren’t really helpful when putting it together but it wasn’t too difficult to figure out. Upholstery is weak- definitely needs protection so I bought a mat to go on top. Everything pretty much adjusts like you’d expect a studio reformer to. Doesn’t feel sturdy enough to use the footbar and shoulder blocks for a suspended exercise. Shoulder blocks are not secured by screws, they simply sit on top inside of a hole. Each ”spring” has the same weight/resistance. There is no headrest. I would advise being knowledgeable about reformer mechanics, maintenance, and exercise modifications to fit this reformer’s capability before purchasing. Wheels glide on tracks decently but nothing like a balance body/studio reformer. I am about 130lb and 5ft 6in, and height wise, this reformer feels a tad bit cramped with footwork, bridging, and in tabletop. Reduce your expectations and you’ll be pretty satisfied I guess. But overall it serves its major purpose and will hopefully be a great investment for years to come.

Not as advertised. Parts were missing and I called and no follow up or parts sent out to me. Not very happy with it.

My machine arrived late and damaged due to Fedex, no fault of the company. They responded quickly to my concerns and rectified the problem immediately. The reformer is compact but gets the job done! I thought the bands might not be as effective as springs but it works great!
