These are pretty much what you would expect - throw away emergency ponchos. We took them to DisneyWorld -- easy to stuff into a backpack. We had great weather . . . except for 1 hour where it poured!! Very glad we had these. It gets hot underneath, but that will likely be a problem with all of these. The youth size was large enough for my 8 year old who was the size of a 10 year old, though he could have used the adult one as well (just would have been baggy). We now pack them anytime we will be out doing touristy things where we may be caught outside in rain (DisneyWorld, Universal, Washington DC sight-seeing.). We actually did ball them up in case we needed to use them again that day - we never tried to re-use them, but I feel like you could have gotten a few uses out of them if you were careful taking them off.

These were just the right thickness and compact for travel, they will hold up all day, but are definitely meant to be one and done.The kids version fit my 3 year old (37" tall) and my 5 year old (40" tall) very well.The adult version...I am 5'1 and the adult version is perfect for me. It covers my arms past my elbows, it goes to my knees, and the hood protects my hole face, and the elastic isn't too tight around my neck. I could even wear a small backpack under it and still be dry if needed.They DID NOT however fit my 6'1" Big and Tall husband very well at all. Thehood elastic barely fit over his head and did not protect his face at all. It was just a little passed his ears. The elastic was also tight around his throat. The sleeves barely come halfway down his biceps and his shirt sleeves were almost longer than the poncho. The bottom in the front barely covered him to the bottom of his pockets and the back just covered his backside. He would most definitely get wet! We finally just committed to a reusable men's XL Big and Tall poncho after accepting the fact that a disposable rain poncho for Big and Tall men doesn't exist. I've looked, I've purchased and returned, I'm pretty sure one does not exist that is actually going to keep them dry.

These were perfect disposable one time use ponchos.-disposable-- these are thin and not made to last like a really nice poncho that you would keep. But they are certainly great for one time use and definitely 100% water proof. They were easy to put on and take off and just throw away after a rain storm.-Adult and child sizes--We took them to Disney World and our children are 4 and 10 and I my wife and I are average height. The children's fit great it was a little too long for my wife but did a great job! The colors were great for my children.It made rain a really fun adventure!Didn't have to carry them with us home because they were very affordable -- these are less than I would pay anywhere ! . They are thin and light weight and may not have all the quality you are looking for. When the wind can be a pain but we held on to the hood and worked great.they are perfect as one (maybe two) time use. We didn't have to worry about losing them because they were so cheap if they got lost or torn, oh well. 20 is enough for me to keep them for emergency down pours.They come individually folded nicely in a plastic bag that you open once and dispose of.Great for one time use and I will certainly be Buying these again after I move through this 20 pack.Great to keep in my car, backpack, even fits in my pocket.Kids loved it and did a good job overall.

These were perfect for our week at Disney World in June! I bought one box cause I couldn't pass up the price and we tested them at a baseball game. They were great, so I bought another box for our trip (we're a family of six). We used them almost every day at Disney and sometimes reused. We even tied up the ends of used ones a few times and used them as extra trash/recycle bags in our hotel room!Each day I packed three adult and three kid sizes in my bag. My 10yo probably could have used an adult sized one on the really heavy rain day; the bottoms of his shorts got wet one day, as did mine and my husband's; it was a REALLY heavy rain one day. The middle kids managed to tear a couple holes in theirs, but most of us never had a problem with tearing. They were thin, which helped with the bulk of carrying and the heat of wearing, but kept the rain out. It was fun choosing our colors each day.I paid $17.99 for my first box of 20 and $16.99 for my second. Will definitely buy again when these run out.

Did the job in rainy Disney but I got many more kid size when I thought I bought all adult size. There was no elastic at all as per the description.

I ordered these ponchos for our family vacation to Disney World. I particularly liked the two sizes (adult and child). The child sized ponchos fit, both my 10 and 11 year old, comfortably without being tight, and without their clothes getting wet. The adult rain ponchos were perfect for my 13 year old, my 60 year old mom, and me (38). The hood covered our hair without any extra tugging or pulling (we wore braided hairstyles). Once the rain stopped we were able to place the ponchos in the available recycling bins. I personally liked that I didn't have to carry a wet item around the park, and could help the environment. The ponchos fit nicely inside of our backpacks (we each carried a mini), so we were able to pull them out when needed. In addition to all of that, the price was just right for me. The price I paid was less than what I would've paid at a dollar store, per item. I highly recommend the Lingito brand of ponchos. I will purchase again!!!
