These cans of chicken fit my needs. The chicken tastes good and I can get up to 2 large sandwiches out of 1 can, when I make chicken salad. They are great for a quick sandwich, to add to a salad, even to add to a dog or cat dish of kibble. I like that it is all white meat, no dark. The tear-off lid makes them easy to open. In my opinion, these cans are a very good value, and I keep a supply on hand so I can always make something tasty to eat without spending a lot of time on preparation.

To me, this is a staple pantry item. It's one of those items that you can open, drain, and toss in a casserole, or chicken and dumplings for a quick meal. The taste is pretty basic so you can add poultry seasoning and any other spices you want, to kick it up to make a great dish. The texture is shredded chicken, much like pulled pork. So, it's really simple to make chicken enchiladas or really anything. With it being pre-cooked, the possibilities are endless. The price is really great, and the shelf life is excellent. If you're a busy mom needing quick weeknight meals, this should be in your pantry as well. Chicken is healthier than a lot of other choices, recipes are endless for quick casseroles like chicken taco casseroles, chicken enchiladas, chicken pot pie, etc. I highly recommend this brand.

Started buying canned chicken for my lazy meal nights, when I didn't want to bother cooking chicken breasts and lived in the Caribbean where canned chicken was more expensive at the local grocer. So I'm continuing to buy this for its simplicity and shelf life AND at a better price when delivered in the mainland. I use this product when I make homemade pizzas and quick burritos, so this is perfect to meet that need. There's also A LOT of chicken in the can. Little water, unlike albacore tuna, so this really is a good value, and the flavor is decent with not a lot of sodium to cover it up. At only 120 calories per can, it packs a good amount of protein for low calorie content. Great if you're watching your calorie intake. This is also a tastier brand than most canned chicken, I've found, so it's a good GO TO snack or ingredient that has a long shelf life. It's not bursting with flavor, but does the job.

I thought this pretty good deal my dog has some allergies and coming up on him I didn't know exactly what it was and it was horrible I found out you know what was the last food I gave him and he was having a food allergy to duct jerky so I know Paul Newman's is good I just got him Paul Newman's and he made some chicken sticks too I got the last three bags and they were out but I used to get him the ones with the sweet potato Paul Newman and it's real stuff too so I just got the original cuz that's what they had and I just got my dog healed I had to get some that hotspot stuff to help at first and I gave him Benadryl then when I found out what it was and I stopped give it to him so I just wanted to give him a salmon and chicken and you know just stuff I could feed him I mix it with rice or green beans sometimes I mixed it with some Ezekiel Bread green bread but I was just helping my dog is looking good now he doesn't have any hives first it was real itchy and then he had these horrible hives and I was like oh this is this has got to be a horrible allergy so I just thought what was the last thing that I added to his diet and so that's what it was the duck jerky adult just can't handle it yeah I'm happy with the amount that I got for the price these days and is to help my dog and I love him so much and I can use some of the cans myself we need it I also got him tuna and the starkist white tuna was pretty good if you're looking for healthy homemade foods for your dog sometimes I put peas peace and carrots sometimes they use broccoli so anyway be like the farmer's dog and make your own Farmer's food at home it's not that hard and a filler can be rice and like I said it used to Ezekiel bread I did the whole grain to him I like the what did they call it the seed bread I think it had another word with it but it's the green label and the whole grain is the orange label and if you see purple that's a cinnamon raisin I don't care for that but I really like the green label bread so what I didn't want to eat of the grain I went ahead and put that in my dog's a dish you know mixing up his food and I want to keep the green labels this is a good deal on the chicken chunk and you can trust this brand I hope I always did like the chicken and dumplings of sweet Sue and this was a better deal than some of the other I bought the last time it wasn't as best as a good price is this one so you know you just taking if you don't like it you just don't get it again you go for something else so I just went because it was a good deal the price for the amount of chicken that you get in the meals I can make for my pup dog he's 85 lb he's a pit Shepherd but he's a good boy and a little bit of a dingo and that means wild dog and Australian

This is delicious - white meat - low sodium!!! I had to find a good food for my senior cat. He loves it & ate a whole can! I bought a case and now look forward to using it in my salads or making a great chicken salad with it! I will be re-ordering!
