Where to begin?!Crazy styling in a functional package, what’s not to love? Not a lot really.I’d class this as a winter light, that’s to say its brightness is not going to compete with summer sun - same is true of almost all compact led lights of this nature. It’d be perfect for gathering content in an office environment, for example. It’ll nicely fill shadows from overhead lights for casual interviews, etc.So no power house but what you do get is a fun looking light that works really well and is super easy to use, even with gloves. The controls are right where you need them, unlike most led lights.I have no clue about the CRI or any of the other stuff the YouTubers will rattle on about - all you need to know is that this light is absolutely great for day to day (especially indoor fill) use. Technically there may be a slight tinge of cyan or magenta or whatever but 99.9% of users need not worry about such things for day to day use.Its compact size means it won’t intrude on any rig and its plastic construction means it’s super lightweight.What I’d really love to see is a pro version of this light. The left side chunky controls make it super easy to use on camera and its size is perfect. Please rehouse this in aluminium, make it waterproof, and make the variable selector speed sensitive and also pushable to change between output brightness and colour temperature - the random button to press seems…random.The selector switch is great and is the way to find the extensive effects menu and all others, including off. It’s strangely satisfying to turn this large knob to make it turn off and on!The packaging is suitably funky (and fairly eco) and should make you smile, as will your light I think. I’d prefer a cold shoe mounting option in the box instead of the clamp and ultra mini (but useful for travel - for a small camera) tripod.Charge me double, increase the brightness, also dimmable to lower - seriously, it’s too bright for super dark shooting, make me this in aluminium with the changes suggested above - then it’ll be 10 stars out of 5.I anticipate using this light daily for local news interviews over the winter. So much so that I ordered two - they are plastic.

I bought this for taking photos and videos. Comes in cute packaging and included a charging cable, tripod mounting screws and manual. It’s a lot brighter than you would expect. It has a warmth adjustable white mode, an RGB mode and a special effects mode that has over two presets (night club, flashing, police lights etc). There’s a magnet on the back which will hold if there is enough friction but isn’t the strongest. Best portable RGB light I’ve seen and is definitely the most fun, worth the money.

Very adaptable to multiple uses. Very bright, comes with a silicone diffuser which works quite well. Mounting clip would benefit from a ball in socket rather than a fixed axis, it would provide more freedom to angle the light as needed. Not used the tripod included but seems sturdy. Great looking little unit. Wish there was a way to personalise or customise the lighting effects through an app or connecting to a pc via usb to be able to manage them and change them to adapt the usage. Also create personal presets.

Decent price and good build quality. Brightness could be better. I have much cheaper lights and they are way brighter. It's nice that you can mount it with the included mount and it came with a mini tripod. The magnet is weak and couldn't hold a paper clip. I've heard that the magnet problem is only on the Black-Knight version but I can not verify. It's cute and all but it's supposed to a light and I can't help but feel it doesn't perform very well.

Better than anything I've used. Exceptional lighting with special effects for video use. 😊

I like this better than some of the other alternatives because of the two dials which makes it easier to increase or decrease things instead of tapping on buttons all the time. I just bought this so I don’t know how it will hold up but fingers crossed.

I bought this based on a photographer's recommendation to use at an outdoor, night time festival with low ambient light. It really help to photograph the performers with a continual, set light rather than a distracting flash as it didn't suddenly appear/disappear. Battery life was good & I had no issues over 5 hours.One small thing - the metal foot (cold shoe fit). I wanted to have this light on my camera & could only so that in the hot shoe slot. I didn't like the bare metal on the contacts, so I covered it with insulating tape before inserting.

It's quite bright even at 1% brightness. I bought this during the black friday sale. It's not as cheap as other alternatives but a lot cheaper than some brands. It looks really cool and it's got a few modes as well. I bought this to improve my streaming setup but I also use it as a night light if I'm too lazy to get up and flip the light switch.The tripod included is quite low which isn't the most ideal for me so I just use the clip.
