quality is good, inside there is aluminium wrapping nice product this bag keeps my lunch warm till lunch time and quality is also very good stuff is very heavy and quality of zip is good it has multiple pockets to keep may food items

The zipper was defective. A 2 minutes quality check would have prevented this headche. Disapointed!!!
