This product is very nice, heavy duty and easy to use. The handle feels good in hands and easy to clean (I use straw brush for the in between needles) with dish soap. I used it on Ribeye steaks and they were so tender and juicy when they came off the grill (the holes are not visible after cooking) just like a steakhouse. My husband even said "now that is my favorite gadget", which he could care less what I use in the kitchen as long as he gets to eat, lol. I highly recommend this product. I may just order another one to keep on hand.

Perfect for Chicken Kiev, stuffed pork, or any recipe requiring poultry or pork to be pounded thin. Start with the ridged side and thin out with the smooth side. This took is a joy to use. Great balance and enough weight to assist the process. Shiny stainless is easy to clean and looks great too!

Have used the Mallet side to make Chicken Cutlets out of half chicken breast for Chicken Pallard.Have used the Tenderizer spider on beef for Chicken Fried Steak.Both sides worked wonderfully.And it's easy to clean.

Very sturdy product for pounding meat. Large enough to do the job, but small enough to store in a drawer or a utensil jar on the counter without it taking up too much space. Good value fir the money.
