Had this for over a year now and it gets the job done, don’t expect to overload it too much but for what it’s worth, I’ve never had any issues with it holding weight especially up to 20kg or slightly more. Good bit of kit if you wanna get your foot in the door with neck training but don’t wanna break the bank either, mines held up well over the last year and I see it lasting quite a while still. Overall happy with this product, no complaints, 10/10. Functionality: Limited range of motion if you’re using bigger plates in a seated position (10kg-20kg), weight plate(s) will make contact with your chest on the way up so you might have to lean more forward for a seamless range of motion, otherwise works really well if stood up. Value for money: Good value for money

Good solid kit for the price.

This Neck harness is the best I've used. Great if your using it for seated or standing extensions. The sizing and fit is good, the product is robust, fit for purpose and is excellent value for money. I would recommend this product to anyone interested in basic neck training exercise.

Great bit of kit for the home gym 👍🏻

I bought this neck harness a couple weeks ago. The build quality is good and it is comfortable to wear. Well-padded and the straps don't feel like they're cutting into or rubbing against my skin at all. Not much to complain about on that front. However, there is one big flaw. The soft half of the velcro on the strap at the back of my head doesn't extend far enough to match up to the other half properly and securely. Because of this, I had to wear it a bit loose, which is obviously less than ideal when you're lifting weights with your neck. Now I don't know to what extent others have the same issue - maybe I just have a strangely small head - but just know that it doesn't universally fit all head shapes and sizes. It's a shame because it's such an easy thing to fix by the manufacturer; just extend the soft velcro line alone the strap. I sew on another piece of velcro and now it works fine but it cost me another £6 to buy the equipment for that. So overall, if you have a small (or rather short in terms of horizontal length) head and you aren't keen on possibly spending extra money and/or effort to make it suit you, then I'd probably look elsewhere. Also, the fact that it is missing this isn't a complaint, but if I were the manufacturer, I'd add D-rings to the front and back of the device, so you can train the front and back of your neck without using the chain. In terms of durability the thing seems solid and well-built, but I haven't used it long enough to make a comment on that.

I’ve been using this neck harness for my weight training and it’s really good. Adjustable straps make it fit well, and the padding is comfortable. Feels strong and safe when adding weights. Definitely a useful addition to my workouts!

It fits good, with the chin strap aswell its more secure on your head. Seems very well made. Il use it my back garden, we're ive got a few dumbells when I do abit at home.
