Cosmetic Mall was extremely warm and accommodating when there was a shipping snafu. It was not their fault and they gave me my mascara as a gift. What great service! This mascara makes my lashes so pretty and full...I'm in my 50s and my lashes are shorter and thinner now, so it's really nice to find this. I am terrible about washing my makeup off before bed-- it still looked great in the morning! My sister swears by this stuff and now I see why.

used this for years, cannot find any product that's equal or better

I love this mascara but unfortunately it dries out way too quickly in the tube. If they could fix that it’d be great but after 2 tubes I switched-tol expensive for about a month’s usage.

This is the best mascara ever...no clumps and really makes your lashes stand out. I love Guerlain mascaras and have been using their mascara for years. Have not found any better and I always come back to them after trying anything new.

Good product consistency and color. I prefer a bristle brush to this rubbery spike type. A bit pricey at $35. L'oreal worked just as good if not better for far less cost. But this is a designer product so you are paying for the name.

The mascara arrived at my mums address and she has opened it and used it as i sent it as a gift. But the one that came is not what was described in the photo so not very happy about that. and now we cant return. :(
