I'm not sure if this was an issue for anyone else, but I was "steam happy" and run out of water. After unplugging it, I tried to unscrew the cap, yet the cap was turning and turning and going nowhere. I checked the manual and although it says to "unplug it, letting the remaining steam out, and allowing the steamer to cool down for 5 minutes", manufacturers forgot to add "or you won't be able to unscrew the top/cap"! And just like that, after following those instructions, I was able to remove the cap and fill the tank once more. This means that you may have to pause cleaning between refillings. If this is not an issue for you (as it is not for me), the steamer works well. Hopefully, it will continue performing in the long run.Happy cleaning!

Heats up fast. Easy to use. Cleans well. I use for my quartz counter top & is Awesome! A+ I wish I could buy more but they are out of stock at the moment

Connecting the various nozzles can be tricky, and the instructions not very clear. However, once you get it going, it works very well. I wish it had a larger water reservoir, but it functioned well.

I've owned lots of these little steamers...because they usually break or stop working after a little use. This one, on the other hand, was not only the cheapest one on Amazon, but it's turned out to be the most heavy duty and solid little steamer I've ever had. The quality and sturdiness is impressive and the thing produces STEAM in under a minute...heats up really quickly. Overall, it's the best one I've ever owned. This is the ONE YOU WANT. Cheers!

I usually use a steamer to deep clean my kitchen floor (in spots). I have previously had a name brand one of similar size. I chose this one to save some $$. I shouldn't have.While my complaints are many, it DOES WORK. (shrug)1. The plug in cord is not long enough. 18-24" longer would be much more useful.2. The steam button requires more pressure to push than it should. And there is no button lock function for continuous steam.3. water resevoir is small. I can only do a small section at a time, which is annoying.4. Once the resevoir is dry and the unit is still hot, I have to unplug and wait for it to cool before refilling. Since it's smaller than expected, I have to stop mid clean and WAIT for it to cool (10-15 min, easily) enough to refill. Adds to the cleaning time, which is not cool.Don't bother, buy the brand name one. I would return it, but it's not their fault it doesn't work for my needs. It does work, just not for what I bought it for.

This product works great. Nice for quick cleans and easy to carry. However; the water reservoir is unable to be seen. The directions say to only put so much water, but you are unable to see a water line🤷🏼‍♀️ This would have made this product much more user friendly!

It worked very well. I just wish the cord was longer.
