The wheel base is very sturdy, also the overall feel is quite amazing and is very comfortableBut the product delivered to me is not full black and there is greyish leather in the chair. At first when the product was delivered I thought it might be a little faded but then when I communicated with the respective team for resolving a issue i faced (the chair’s hydraulic was not functional) and the leather seemed to look old but they denied me any resolution stating that i have ordered full black chair and the product delivered to me is black and grey and hence it is not covered under warranty.What can i do in such a case where amazon won’t replace my order and green soul is not provided customer support stating the product delivered is wrong in first place.Please take some action on the above issue#GreenSoul #AmazonCustomerSupport

I bought this chair as it's advertised claim is that it's for 5 ft to 6.5ft person but it's not. I am 5'10 guy and my neck is not reaching to neck rest. The back cushion is good so is seat cushion but here is the catch, the seat cushion is thick but too high which is making my torso not be able to reach at neck rest as a 5'10 guy.Height adjustment doesn't work either due to cushion seat being high. Tilting mechanism is ok also can be better. The wheel legs are too thin in comparing to my old Circle gaming chair in short quality wise looks like it could be better than what it is now. I don't know Amazon can replace my chair that can equal to my height tilll providing neck rest also. Not happy with product.
