I got the four piece buffet set and think it looks really nice and professional. It came with everything wrapped in its own plastic and foam so nothing was broken. It has two pans for each set, one is for the water underneath the dish to prevent it from burning and to evenly keep it warm! So great. It’s a great price for what you get!I can’t wait to use these for my holiday party!!

As per the above pictures, the lid on the chafing dish exploded. I had not even put a flame underneath it. It was sitting on my counter full of lukewarm breakfast meats and the lid exploded. Silver handle went flying. Shards of glass went everywhere. I had to throw away about $30.00 worth of meat meant for guests.It was bizarre and jolting as explosion was incredibly loud.

…and they absolutely loved them. Mentioned that their guests went wild over them and continually asked where they got them, how much, etc. Let’s just say everyone was just gushing about them.I asked and both he and his wife said they were sturdy. The glass lids were def the go to choice and they said the 5qt size meant there was plenty for everyone.

Like I said they are beautiful. Your party will look catered with this set. But too much work and the screw didn’t work too well. Too expansive as well so I don’t think it was worth so if you open the box you screwed. It’s a commitment that you might not be fully happy.

Was washing one of the and the glass shattered and exploded. Some of the lids also have dents. Would not recommended. Would like to exchange it but would have to disassemble them all.

Beautiful product! However after assembling the first lid, I was holding lid and it shattered in my hands. I have no idea why, but there was glass everywhere and it could pose a serious hazard if used.

Caution:Shortly after this was assembled, one on the glass lids just completely shattered. We heard a loud pop in the kitchen and come to find this.Will be returning for non glass lid set, don’t want to chance any safety issues for my guests this holiday weekend. Looks like other people had the same problem.
