Battery would not charge fully and then only lasted maybe 4 minutes.received a full refund on battery so I’m very satisfied

Does not last when using my stick vacuum that it is designed to work with. OEM battery lasts about 20 minutes. I was hoping for ten minutes, but this is horrible

When cleaning spirit is around, you need and extra battery to finish your task.

The media could not be loaded.  It does not hold full charge. Vacuum has 2 minute of run time before it dies. Been charging it for four hours from dead. No progress.

perfect shark replacement...but for the price and new tech.. it should last longer. goes down 1 star of energy in the first minute!

I’ve only had it a couple of weeks, but I’ve used it several times. We have a cat so daily vacuuming is needed.One issue I noticed right away was that it was a little difficult to insert into the charger. No big deal.The first time I used it after charging upon arrival I noticed the charging status lights were not accurate. After about a minute of vacuum use the full charge light went from 3 lights to 2 lights. At that point I figured it was going to be returned. But even though the charge status lights weren’t accurate it continued to power the vacuum.No it isn’t as good as the original batteries it seems ok. Will see if it lasts. I have my doubts. Too bad shark stopped making the originals.
