This fan really worked. The processing is very high quality and successful. Nice materials. Everything fits tight. The noise level is really admirably low at stage 1. The fan cools decently in its capabilities and the air flow is pleasant. The only thing I can think of with this fan is that the sides that are attached to the face could be folded to a certain angle in individual steps and only then would the fan completely fold freely. It would help seat the fan better and center it on the neck (it wouldn't fold crookedly on the neck). The neck rest could be longer and slightly extended from the neck. It would ensure better circulation at the back of the neck and a more secure start. The folding structure is solid and it is pleasant to bring the sides closer to your face. The look is really luxurious! If you don't have excessive, pointless demands and you use it correctly, this fan is a very welcome and handy helper on hot days. Thank you very much for this nice and great working product.

My wife is going through hot flashes but wants to keep walking out doors in the summer (Work lunch break). I purchased 2 neck fans, one with a water mister and this one. Most neck fans come with 2 fans which means they have to run twice as fast to push a reasonable amount of air. Twice as fast = Twice the noise ! This neck fan has 4 fans. It makes some noise but my wife can talk on her iPhone with air pods and the noise is low enough for auto canceling to block the fan noise. Also with 4 fans, the air flow is spread more around the neck a lot better than a 2 fan system. The neck fan is cooling but not cold as it just blows regular air on your neck and lower head. Psychologically, with the sweat evaporating off your neck, your brain feels your body is cooler. This is a big win. The other fan I purchased, water mister neck fan was $20 and ok but we don't live in Arizona so she got wet and had to deal with the loud fans. Also for $20 you can imagine the control buttons where temperamental and frustrating to turn the water / fan on and off. That thing ended up in the trash really quickly. Back to this neck fan, this thing is truly amazing! If you have the money buy this one. It works great !

I overheat often, so I am always looking for ideas to cool down. I thought I’d try a neck fan around the house rather than cranking up the AC in the heat of the day. I have tried a few different models now and they each work as advertised. This one cost more, but also had more fans and longer battery life. However, I am very sensitive to noises and I am susceptible to ear infections. So, unfortunately for me, even on the lowest setting, this one was still too loud for me and blew into my ears. I did like the extra vents in the back blowing both up & down my neck/back, especially when I put on a tank top! The front vents only blow up, so they were blowing directly in my ears. It sounds like you’re in a wind tunnel even on the lowest setting. I tried turning it upside down, which successfully got me out of the wind tunnel. However, it seemed like the motor was louder. Also, I don’t think it is designed to work upside down. Turning it upside down left the charging port exposed. There wasn’t a cover for the USB C port. So, if I were to augment my neck fan cooling regimen with my tried & true method of using a squirt bottle mister, then the charging port would be exposed to water dripping in it. Hopefully a future model will have a little rubber cover over the USB C charging port. I understand many people (especially women wearing makeup) don’t like the squirt bottle misters because it gets them wet. So this fan is a good dry cooling method if you get acclimated to the white noise of the fans. Sadly, I couldn’t. I hope it works for others, just not the right solution for me. I still use damp frozen washcloths under my cap/hat and around my neck when in 100°F+ weather. It isn’t pretty, but it works. I’m still hoping one of these neck fans will be able to compete someday so I’ll stop being a wet mess on hot days.
