I don't understand the complaints about it. I am 235 lbs and yes it might be a little small for me - but it was VERY comfortable. Before I bought this I took a 2 day driving trip and my butt was bothering me for a week or more. I knew I had a good three day driving trip ahead of me so I bought this and it worked GREAT! I had no discomfort at all after three full days of driving.

Absolutely saved my back at work. Before I could hardly get thru the day my back would be hurting so bad by 1-2pm. Now I can go the whole day at my desk - only occasional mild to medium discomfort. I love this cushion and already bought one for a friend. Now going to get one for my car and one as a present to my boss.Game changer.

Thanks to this thing, I'm now able to sit at my desk and work again after a horribly painful surgery. For what it costs, I can't imagine a more effective way to relieve pressure on the perineum. I only wish I hadn't delayed and bought it sooner.

I've had two babies and was in a car accident. I have a lot of coccyx issues. These cushion makes driving not painful! love it

Bought this as the cushion on my computer chair has completely worn out. Pulling it out of the package it felt pretty firm and I thought it would do the job.. After about 15 minutes of sitting on this thing I feel as though I am sitting on concrete...The cushion itself does appear to be made pretty well, no lose stitching or noticeable flaws.Would not recommend.

I have experiencing less back pain since I started using this pillow. Love it!
