Really good for the money

I bought the winch to keep a hard top metal roof from a convertible classic car up in my garage roof space when not on the car. I spent a couple of hours fabricating a heavy duty steel frame to mount the winch on and hey presto. A nice bit of kit.

Why on earth does it have such a short cable Surely you must realise not everybody has arms like Gonzo. A longer control cable would have made it perfect. Jacko

It has been a great purchase for us to put things up in garage attic, so much easier than struggling up the steps. So very happy

I’ve used this to lift 250kg steel pipe. I was skeptical but it does the job. I can’t fault it.

This is just what you need, I purchased for the loft as it is getting harder to get the Christmas things up, it only needs to lift around 5 to 15 kg but it's a god send for me, if you were lifting anymore you would need a better rig up than what I needed, but it's more than good enough for my purpose, we'll worth the cost.

Easy to fit, easy to use, is exactly what was described, my only grumble is the leads are extremely short. Would have liked longer leads as I have to use an extension lead that dangles as it won't reach the wall to mount. But other than that, really good value for money.
