Good choice for price, great stitching and doubled in some areas , doesn't really stand by itself while handle is up , seems to have good durability, has good amount of storage and great size for all school needs. Comfort is neutral as we just roll it around. Just being two wheels doesn't give the easiest of uses but does ease the weight.

I thought the backpack didn't come with a lunchbox because it was in a pocket. Customer service was incredible and offered a refund (which we didn't need since we found the lunchbox). It came as described and my daughter loves it. Several other children have these at her school and have been happy with them. They seem to hold up well!

The colours are beautiful, the size will fit all her books and, for grade 6, that says a lot! The pocket on the side is great for her water bottle. The lunch bag is great too.

Durable so far, can be a little awkward for the kids to maneuver but it does what it's supposed to do. Much better than my kids lugging around tons of stuff on their backs. I'll purchase more heavy duty bags when they go to junior high so they can fit more and have more control.

The functionality of the backpack is great, but there is a completely blank spot on the bag, like the design didn't print right or something. I didn't have time to send it back and get a new one, as I started school right away.

Weak looking wheels. Nice lunch pail included. Tips forward easily. If the laptop compartment was at the back of the backpack that would help prevent it. The telescope handle is not smooth. Ibought a ZRY brand from my son and I like it a lot more so far. The blue galaxy design is pretty.
