It works great for knowing who is at the door. No surprises. easy to install.

The media could not be loaded.  I just installed it yesterday. The instructions specify that if you were going to use the adhesive backing to stick it to the wall, you must allow 24 hours before adding your ring camera. It also comes with some additional foam strips so that you can add as many as you'd like to the side of your doorbell product, so that it fits snug inside the holder.

I love that they added the adhesive choice to this product, but I really wish there was a key to lock it back on and a solar option; so it could recharge itself. There is always the possibility of losing the small screw at the bottom, when you try to reattach the camera after it’s recharged. A key and the solar panel on the top, would be an awesome idea.

I like this product because it helps me to see what is happening near my house and who is coming in this is important I can see and talk to who is at my door.

Extremely disappointed! Bought this as an alternative from drilling because I’m renting. I already used the sticky adhesive option which is really strong. I don’t know how I’m going to get that off honestly but when time came to align the front to base it just would not align!! Spent 30 minutes in the heat just trying to align it by the instructions and they just don’t line up 😡

I actually really like this. I just wish the adhesive was a bit stronger. I loved the area I put my camera in but it didn’t really stick for long so I ended up moving it and using a drill just for extra protection. Will be ordering another one for my backdoor.

If you mount it according to the directions then when changing the battery you will have to contort yourself by bending over and turning your neck so that you can look up under the case to get access to the screw.The screw is so small you will eventually drop it and lose it.If you do manage to get the screw out without any event make sure you're holding onto the cover which will immediately want to fall downward with your camera.Now repeat the contortion again to reinstall the screw when reattaching the cover.Would have been better if designed with screw on top.Good chance you will drop at least one screw sooner or later.
