Q: How often do you use this? I was wash my hair everyday.

I wash my hair every 2 to 3 days depending on my activities. I apply the oil the night before my wash day and sleep with it on.

Q: Is this product supposed to come NOT sealed?! I was really excited about receiving this item until I opened the box, bottle is dented & not sealed…

I ordered this for my wife and it came in good condition and she thinks there might have been a plastic seal around the dropper but can't be sure and she loves it.Sorry not being much help.But I would think that it should be sealed !!
