This was an incredible find! I am going on a big road trip and need more cargo space. I bought a roof cargo bag, but didn't realize that my existing roof bars were flush. This was relatively easy to install and is very sturdy. I love that I can take them out without damaging the car at all.

Update to previous review... Instead of ignoring the problem and simply refunding my purchase, the seller took the time to reach out in an effort to resolve the issue. They inspected the next set of rails from the factory before sending me another set to ensure the machining was centered (it was). I assembled and installed the rails which fit BEAUTIFULLY! This is a very nice product which appears to be backed by exceptional customer service. Would definitely recommend, well done guys! Sent first set back as holes were drilled crooked (see photo). Received replacement set only to find those holes were drilled crooked as well (couldn't install screws through foot plate). Very frustrating. Sent second pair back as well. Guess I'll have to find another brand... bummer, they really look nice.

Great product! Instructions not so detailed but figured it out on my own. Easy install. Great value for the money!! Fits very snug and holds weight well.

The luggage racks work great. Very easy to install and easy to use.

At first I almost returned this item due to loud whistle noise. But I took a second look and realized I installed them wrong. To be fair only picture instructions and not very detailed. Front ones go on front with arrow facing forward rear ones go in the back but the arrow should be facing forward not to the rear

Look great and a very easy install despite photo only instructions. FYI, they will fit on a 23 "new" JGC altitude The problem is the noise they make over 34 miles per hour. The whistle in endless! I taped over the screw holes and added rubber strips on then to disrupt the air flow, but the alteration only improved the noise slightly.

I bought this a little while back and finally had time to install it. RARELY do I give a 5 star rating but this product deserves it soup to nuts. The packaging was first rate, a lot of care went into that. Directions were no nonsense and easy to understand. The rack system looks great on my 2024 Jeep GC Limited. The materials used are excellent. Installation took all of 30 minutes to complete. Keep your tools and spare parts (there were 2 screws that I believe had no business being in the package since there was no reference in the instructions). I am keeping the plugs from my vehicle in the bag with the tools and instructions. Good habit to get into if you don't already.

Quality metal used in these bars. Slight imperfection where cross bar fits into the mounting bracket on the end of one bar. Was able to correct this. Installation very easy. You really need 2 people to install quickly.
