James Brett Baby Marble DK Knitting Yarn Soft Double Knit Wool 100g Ball (Blues Green Yellow - BM25)

The media could not be loaded. I have knitted lots of baby things with this wool and it comes up lovely. There is a great range of colours. It’s is soft ideal for Babies and young children.

Making a baby blanket for a neighbour who is having a boy. This yarn is quite nice. I did find that despite the dye lot being the same for the balls though, there seems to be differences in the 2 yarn balls. 1 had a nice marbled effect on the spinning on the yarn whereas the second ball just has solid changes of blue/green/yellow. Plus the second ball has knots whereas the first ball did not.I have another ball to get through, and i will see what that one yields. It's the same dye lot, but it thankfully looks more like the first rather than the second. Kind of not impressed with the quality of the second ball whereas i really enjoyed the quality of the first ball. Weird considering they were the same dye lot.

Knits up well

The thickness varies but the contrast effect is really nice. Easy to use and good value.
