The punch down is a little cheap, but everything else works perfect.

I do not work with a ton of feed thru RJ45’s but when I do I am happy I got this because waiting to borrow your coworker’ own get a bit annoying as you either wait for it or do something else, so in that aspect it’s a good bargain.It does not feel like the main line branded crimpers but again for me I can deal with it, it does go the work, easy to use and clean cuts and it also comes with replacement blades

No problem so far

Kit comes nicely packaged in a plastic, foam lined case, which helps keep everything together in your tool box, etc. Crimper has separate positions for RJ11 (4 or 6 conductor) and RJ45 (8 conductor) plugs. At first glance, the crimper seems to be reasonably well made, but I experienced regular failures to trim the wire ends when crimping. The lack of a ratcheting mechanism also means it's fairly easy to not get a good connection when crimping.It's a nice kit for light duty use, but I can't really recommend it for an industrial, full time use due to the lack of a ratcheting mechanism and failure to cut the wires fully.

Great buy great price

The crimper works pretty well as compared to more expensive brands I have used. I like to keep it as a back up or a spare if I need to share with a coworker or training a new employee. The punch down tool not so much it fell apart for me and can’t be put back together. Spend a little more on No punch down tool, you’ll be glad you did. The over all set was a nice one and you receive a generous amount of RJ 45s as well as boots. At the price you pay for the set I would buy it again and recommend it to a friend with a warning about the punch-down tool. They may have better luck with the punch -down than I did!

I bought this tool to install my cameras outside my house and it work perfect I did all the installation for eight cameras they all working great.
