I wanted cards that I could use for PTSD therapy, mixing and matching to see what worked depending on how I was feeling, while letting me be as basic or advanced as needed. I review the sequence, reading the card backs to refresh the poses and tips then turn them over so the large photos are visible. I love the photo with no distracting writing! A glance to see what's next and I'm moving on.Definitely recommend.

They are smooth and easy to work with even if you have tactile issues. I wish there was a more covenitnt, organized deck.But I do recommend them.

The font could be a bit easier on the eyes, especially for the words in Sanskrit, which is the entire purpose for which I ordered this deck. Overall though, it’s a nice deck with a ring holder, which I found especially useful.

I love how it is compact and waterproof. It also has 70 poses that are great for beginners. Also the seller was responsive with my message and even offered a free replacement. But luckily I found the rest of the cards at our recycling bin. Someone accidentally threw them and I managed to retrieve them.Great quality!

I do really like these cards. They come with the little metal ring so you can hook them on if you want. I will purchase from this seller again!

I really appreciate these cards, they were perfect until I accidentally spilled my water bottle on them but I have a rubber band around them trying to re-flatten them out. I put them on the ring. I refer to my type of yoga as "ghetto yoga" because I just have gotten my poses of pintrest. I love these cards because they ensure I am performing the poses the right way and those that are beneficial for something I want to work on again. If my cards do not flatten back to normal, honestly I will most likely purchase another pack! I would definately recommend!

Not for beginners as the names of poses do not match what the physical therapists suggest.I ordered because my phys therapist suggested I get a beginner simple set of poses. This was not what I expected and my therapist was not impressed either.they are well made and have nice pictures and descriptions - I have past the return date so I will donate to my friend
