Worked great for catching a rabbit that was eating all my plants! Caught it with this trap within the first hour it was set out. Nice quality and size. Very easy to set up the trap.

Been feeding a stray kitty for over a year now and we’re ready to take him in so I figured I’d try this one. Works great, sturdy material. Did have to rig the trigger bar as it was warped when it arrived. Assembly wasn’t too difficult. Tested it on both of my cats and they weren’t able to get out! Update: successfully trapped the stray cat and it fought like heck to get out but the trap didn’t budge. Trigger bar did get bent in the process and fall off but that was expected and can easily be repaired. Held up great! 10/10

I had no trouble putting the website together thanks to the detailed instructions provided. The pedal triggers are now in their proper place. Cats, rabbits, squirrels, deer, and other animals that are known as regular uninvited visitors in my district can fit inside the cage because it measures 24 inches by 7 inches by 8 inches (inches) How tightly constructed this cage is makes it really worth it apart from others. Even if it is made of stainless steel, it will give the product flexibility and durability. The set-up of the cage makes it impossible for the animals to release once caught, reducing the risk of injury to the animal and myself during the release My concerns about using a cage that will allow animals to be in an uncomfortable position was unwarranted as a result exceeded my expectations. The pedal triggers do their job well, allowing quick, safe recordings. Once I got the beast in my hands, I found the smaller design of the strap very useful. The animal is easily transported to safety without any injury in the process. My own experience as a dog owner has made me especially worried about the method of catching strays; However, it turned out that this network was flexible enough to capture them without causing undue stress. The design of the trap allows clear identification of the trapped animal, which is very important to know before the trapped animal is released. The trap is easy to clean on maintenance.

It works good and very easy to use

My cat went missing and my daughter suggested I buy a trap. It came a few days after she was gone. The first night I caught the neighbor's cat. the third night I caught my own cat and she is back in the house where she belongs. The trap was a decent price. You have to be a little careful with the trigger so it doesn't come down on your hand. But it served it's purpose and I am glad I purchased it.

I'm giving an honest review of this which is difficult because there is nothing wrong with these traps. They work very well. I was able to catch 3 feral cats in them. None of the cats was harmed. As soon as the cat entered & stepped on the plate, they sprang successfully every time. That said, I would not buy them again for the following reasons. They are very heavy. To successfully carry the cats into the basement by the handles was challenging. If the cats had been very heavy I would have had to walk this down the stairs by placing it on the ground. And you don't want to hug feral cats to your body. The closure on the back is very secure using wingnuts which you have to unscrew. Other models have an easier way to open it which I would have liked. But the wingnuts are a very secure way of doing it. They had no trouble at the vets using this trap. An advantage of this product is that it is fairly roomy for the cats. The lighter models would not be as large for them. So, don't rule this product out if you are a large man/woman with great upper body strength which I am not. I also would not worry about a cat getting out of this cage. I don't see that happening. It's the tank of cat traps.

Purpose of purchase: We have taken in two feral cats who were on their 8th life, really needed to spend the rest of their lives inside being pampered. Recently another local feral cat showed up, injured, but uncatchable and the cold weather was approaching. Ordered this trap immediately which showed up days early, thank you Amazon for that. Product inspection: Trap appears to be well constructed of sufficient gauge metal to survive for many events. Didn't need the instructions, this trap is easy to put together. Performance: Placed baited trap in place. Trapped cat within two hours, PROBLEM, it was the neighbor's cat, not the feral one. The neighbor's cat was very angry and released immediately, UNHARMED. Trap worked perfectly. Summary: Well-constructed and performing trap, NO issues to complain about. Watched feral cat approach, then he laid down and just starred at the food, refusing to enter. After several attempts we concluded he just might have been trapped before and too smart for us. We are not giving up, just trying another approach. Not the traps' fault.
