Really good for making a Christmas pie/roll with filo pastry leftover Christmas pudding demerara and dark sugar ginger biscuits Apple Pear and this jelly definitely worth the extra cost. A jemmy Oliver recipe

Full of Quince flavour.
It's not cheap- but this Tiptree Quince Jelly is the real deal- full of fresh Quince flavour. Have it with Manchego cheese, excellent accompaniment. Would buy again.
