I love that there is so much equipment that comes along with the bag: if you are looking to get into kickboxing workouts and have nothing this is a great package to get started. You get a jump rope, gloves, and a few other items to get you going. The bag does come unfilled but that makes it super easy to set up whatever you like. The design and markings on the bag are also super cool. Not monotone and boring like a lot of standard bags. It does get pretty heavy after filling it with 6 ft of sand but it feels like it will last forever. I have a habit of tearing through kicking bags and this one feels like it will hold up.It also comes with a phone case which makes training with video/audio super easy for anyone following a workout or multitasking with family.Great way to blow off some steam and get those extra practice hours in.10/10

I can't believe how much you get for the price here. On top of that, the quality of what you get appears to be quite high. I have no formal training, never taken a kickboxing class or formal martial arts training, so I have nothing to compare this against, but I do have experience in manufacturing and can tell these folks pay attention to their quality. The bag itself is very heavy duty vinyl, the hanging straps appear to be the same heavy duty seat belt material seen in cars. The included hanging hardware is made of painted steel and heavy lag bolts (plus drywall anchors, though this should probably be hanged from a ceiling joist or similar. There's also a steel loop on the bottom, I assume for attacking a weight or to secure it to the floor or something.The bag and hanging hardware itself would have been worth what I paid but that's just the beginning. Also included are knee sleeves, wrist wraps, a phone case that straps around the bag, and even my own pair of boxing gloves! It also includes a jump rope that's higher quality than anything I had in high school, and even this fun little training ball on a string with a headband (be careful if you're a beginner like me, the ball can (and will!) come back and hit you in the face if you aren't careful lol. All part of the fun!I am blown away by the quality and value of this kit. I would not hesitate to purchase this again. What you get for the money simply can't be beat.One final note - the 6 foot bag becomes is closer to 6.5 feet once it's attached to the ceiling. Be sure your ceiling is actually tall enough! I have 7 foot ceilings in my basement and the filled bag hangs only about 6 inches off the floor.

What a steal of a deal! For the price you could not ask for better equipment. You get so much stuff for a fraction of the cost if you purchased other brands. The bag is heavy duty, durable, and will no doubt last a very long time. The gloves are great quality and perfect for someone who may be starting out hitting a bag. The bag seems well built, I would give it a 5 if the dimensions given were correct. I haven't filled and used it yet so things could change in a month as far as quality. The bag measures about 5'6" with about a 12 inch diameter. Once I fill it the diameter may be a little more but it won't be 8 inches more for sure!I got it filled and it tore right off!Update, ripped in half, total trash!

This is a great deal at a great price. You get a lot for what you pay. The bag looks and feels good quality, the gloves are nice but run a little small. Wish there was an option to choose your own size. You get a lot of accessories in this package. But overall it’s a good quality product at excellent price. Will update my review once it’s filled and hung up. Will definitely recommend it!.

Huge fan of everything elite sports has out there. Fast shipping, great service. Great product can handle everything you can swing at it lol. I’ve told a few other people about this company, can’t beat the price and the quality of the punching bag. And holds up great in the gym as well.
