I got this as a protein powder that I thought would be more healthy than have a good taste. While I cannot actually measure how healthy it is, according to the ingredients, I do think it is. However, the taste is not good in my opinion. I have a pretty strong gut, but this made me feel queasy. This may just be my experience though. If you’ve had other items that have the mugwort flavor and liked it, it may be for you! It is very bland and has wheat like tastes. Not my favorite.

I have used a ton of different protein products, so I couldn't resist trying it. I am so happy I tried this product because it is fantastic!The product comes in a vacuum sealed brick in a plastic container. This is great because the product is as fresh as it was at the factory. You rip open the pack and put it in the plastic container. The product also comes with a long handle measuring cup. This is where you can really appreciate the small things. This long handled spoon makes getting the powder out very easily. I will be reusing this spoon!The powder mixes very well, and it is recommended to mix with water or milk. I mixed the powder with whole milk and it came out smooth. The product does have a tendency to clump when you first put it in the cup and you will never be able to mix it by hand. This powder will require a blender; however, once it is blended, it is very smooth!So when I took my first sip, I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. American protein powders tend to use a ton of sugars and flavors to hide the unpleasant taste, but this product doesn't need any of that. The best way I can describe the taste of this product is if I blended cheerios and milk together. It has that gain-like taste. It is very good!It is not uncommon for me to drink protein powder whenever, but I made the mistake of drinking this product right before dinner. This product made me feel full for 4 hours when I took it on an empty stomach. This product makes an excellent meal replacement. I never feel full for that length of time.Overall, I think this is an outstanding product, and I highly recommend you give it a shot!

I ordered the five easy-to-use pouches. These come nicely packaged and the pouches are no problem to open and close again (thanks to a screw top). They have a good sizing and nice appearance. Unfortunately, the pouches aren't great for shaking/mixing and not all of the powder dissolves. Since the flavor carries a plant-ish direction (my son says it's like drinking a hay bale), the extra-strong unmixed gulps at the end are a bit much. I'm pretty sure the powder form (without pouches) would mix much better. As for flavor, it's not great but not bad, either.

I ordered this because I struggle with protein powders and "enjoying a traditional Korean dessert" sounded quite tantalizing! While it boasts the usual soy isolate and pea protein which are awesome sources of protein, you get the additional benefits of mugwort which is great for menstrual, digestive and blood pressure issues. Pretty tasty, too! Make sure to check the ingredients to make sure you aren't allergic to anything. Directions also state that you can use this in recipes which is super fun. 12 servings per tub which puts you at about 2.17 per serving. Not too bad for something that tastes like a decadent summer treat!
