I love this thing! It’s much more rugged than I would have imagined and the customer service is amazing. The one I received first had a cracked base so it leaked water. I contacted the vendor and they sent me a new base within 3 days.Use sand instead of water, it’s so much sturdier with sand, so you can really put your all into your punches. You’ll definitely need a funnel for that part, the way the base is constructed makes putting sand in time consuming.Invest in good gloves and hand wraps, the ball is solid foam and it doesn’t have a lot of give.

Does what it says it will do. Pretty sturdy. You really are not supposed to hit it hard. IT is supposed to be a reflex ball, not a heavy bag. Don't know what some people think when they say they hit this thing as hard as they can and it still works. 4 stars because pf price and because once you screw the tube in the spring, you really can't take it apart unless you use a pipe wrench to do so and damage it in the process. I had to leave the spring protector out because of that reason. But everything else seems to work pretty normal. Not too noisy and materials seems to be holding on well so far (about a month of use).

Absolutely perfect, I'm 35 with two sons (10 & 5) and we all use it daily. For my 10 year old who is a Jr boxer, this works great for training.

Its quality seems to be solid. With water filled, the stand is steady even under hard hits. It smells a little bit at the beginning, and the smells are almost gone after one day.
