This LED strip is 8 mm (0.008 m) wide only and not 10 mm (0.01m) as mentioned in the description. I had to return connectors and accessories purchased for 10 mm and procure the ones for 8 mm strip. This strip has to be connected with a constant 12 V 5 A (12 V x 5 A = 60 W) DC driver, as each 5 m length is rated 50 W (10 W per meter). I had to use 10 m long strip for my living room, on the ceiling and will add more for master wall decoration. I have installed 12 V 15 A (180 W) Wipro driver, which can take up to 18m, in total. Some grainy illumination does occur, only if you look for it, but the illumination is more than sufficient. If you wish, you can go for 240 LED per meter, but reduce the length to half, if I may suggest, to avoid optical pollution.
