Does the hanger come assembled?

The shirt hangers aren't included.

How much weight does each one hold

I switched from plastic ones to these because the plastic one broke when coats were used. These hold all the coats! Very well built. Much nicer than plastic too

It says 4 but shows 5 or 6 rows. Does that mean it comes with 4 packs of 5 on each?
