This stuff is hard to find locally, even at the big box stores, but I have come to learn that you can find almost anything on Amazon.com.On Christmas eve we were invited to a family celebration dinner and discovered a delicious home made salad dressing recipe that requires Champaign vinegar among other tasty ingredients.We were a bit disappointed when we opened the package and smelled the vinegar in the packing. The seal on one of the two bottles was broken and a small amount leaked into the bubble wrap, probably caused by the extremely cold weather. Nevertheless, the vinegar was great and we will likely reorder when we run low.I would be happy to update this review with the recipe if anyone is interested.Enjoy!

It is light and lovely perfect touch for a salad and of course any recipe

My hubby has been searching for champagne vinegar to make his salad dressing. This was reasonably priced and had a great flavor!

This is a very mellow vinegar that goes with most oils and works on many foods. Cannot think what would better on some foods unless they needed a balsamic or a cider vinegar. Stands up to good olive oil.

Product is fine but one bottle leaked and I can’t return it. Afraid to use that bottle.

I am using it as part of my salad dressing. Trader Joe’s use to have a Champaign dressing that we loved Nd now was discontinued so I am making my own. Package was packed very well which I was concerned since they were glass bottles.
