Very easy to swallow

Something about this ‘elixir’ makes me feel like it hits the spot. Maybe it’s even helping my tendons etc, but early days therefore hard to tell tbh. Nice natural taste and certainly not doing any harm. Too expensive though, hence not giving 5 stars.

As many others, I am starting to feel the effects of age on my body, especially when it comes to joints etc getting a little sorer than they used to be. I was really keen to start getting some collagen in my system as we know that the production of this in our bodies starts to decrease and it is good to keep it topped up with supplementing.I had tried powders and tablets in the past, some of the powders I tried were not the best and I often forget to take tablets so I thought I would give a pre-made shot of vitamins a go for ease. I have to say that they are easier to remember to take and it is easier to just take a quick shot and you are done. The presentation of the bottles is nice looking and feels well made.The shots contain a great amount of vitamins in, not only collagen, but lots of healthy vitamins to support your bones, immune system and general well-being. The level contained in this shot is great and I cannot complain that the quality of the contents is not what I would hope for.The downside for me is firstly, the taste. I am really not a fan, whilst it isn't horrendous, it for me isn't enjoyable and I struggled to take it each day which wouldn't be sustainable for me long term. The price is the other issue for me, you are definitely paying for the convenience of these, whilst there is a good level of vitamins and they are good quality, the price for me wouldn't be something I could sustain.

First off, the berry flavor is refreshing. It doesn’t have that weird aftertaste you sometimes get with these kinds of supplements. I mix it with water in the morning, and it feels like I’m starting my day with a fruity treat rather than a health supplement.I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now, and I’m already noticing a difference. My joints/knees feel a bit more supple. Plus, knowing it’s helping my skin and overall vitality is a great bonus!If you’re into fitness or just want to give your joints and muscles a little extra love, I totally recommend giving this a shot.

I will start with the value for money and then the taste. You get 20 x 12 = 240g collagen for £30. I have tried a lot of different powder collagens. They range from 25%-200% of the price of the Kinetica shots, taking into account the amount you get and the purity which varies from 50-100%.Shots are normally much more expensive than powder, because they are less hassle and less messy and much more expensive to package. Comparing this with Revive which comes in 14 sachets, Revive works out twice as expensive. Overall the Kinetica are good value for money.Now to the flavour. I have to describe it as weird. It is slightly fruity, almost pleasant but not quite. Clearly some people hated it, but i suspect they haven't tried the truly awful taste of some of the powders. It is in any case very similar to the more expensive Revive shots.If you want shots, this is really a good bet. If you go for a collagen powder you have a choice between something which tastes really nasty or something stuffed with artificial sweeteners and chemical flavours. The best option among powders is probably the unbranded one with Amazon code B07G5H6FC2. It is good value and has no flavour.

The mango turmeric flavour is good. It has that bovine gelatine taste to it though (I can distinguish it because I normally prioritise fish collagen). I feel the fish collagen works/shows faster in terms of skin plumpness but I would definitely recommend the bovine for faster effect on the joint health. And this specific one has the usual joint stuff in like glucosamine sulphate, chondroitin sulphate plus anti-inflammatory turmeric and bioperine to make it act faster.It drinks easy; it’s a bit of hassle to get in though as the bottles are individually wrapped and the lid is very secure, too.When washing it out it still stays orange/yellow inside the bottles due to turmeric so just making sure I won’t ever spill it on me.It doesn’t have to be kept in the fridge, which makes it easier to remember to take it if it’s somewhere visible in the cupboard.There aren't as many in the box and I would guess it might need at least 30days of supplementing if having some pain. I currently don't have any joint issues so it would be a bit of splurge for me but, if money is no object, supplementing with this would be great to resolve the joint pain.
