The Harymor Bird Feeder with camera is an excellent product. It was easy to assemble and activate the software. The picture quality is surprisingly good given that the unit is on the far side of the back yard. Love seeing the birds so closeup. The Harymor support team, in particular Yilia, are outstanding. When I contacted them to see if they sold the solar panel seperately, since squirrels ate through the cable, I was told that it might be under warranty and that they would send me a new panel free of charge. It turns out that they were out of stock on the solar panel, so they sent me a new bird feeder! Wow! I highly recommend Harymor!

I love this bird feeder camera and so do my birds!! Easy to connect to and get set up. Holds a decent amount of seeds and creates endless entertainment. Would recommend this product to anyone! Customer service is also spectacular. I was helped by one of their representatives named Deer who was very helpful. The squirrels ran off with and chewed the wire for the solar panel but since the feeder was still within warranty they got me a replacement quickly. Thanks again Deer!

Great bird feeder! Provides wonderful pictures and identifies all birds at the feeder. My wife loves this feeder and is continually learning about new birds. We had one small issue with the camera charging and the Harymor customer service agent "Deer" was super helpful and provided fast and accurate support!

The birds love the feeder, the camera captures birds and other wildlife visiting. The Vicohome app however could use some improvement. It fails 90% of the time to read from the local SD card. Rather than set up a direct connection between your phone and the feeder it routes all the data through a server somewhere that is either overloaded or bandwidth constrained. The save to the cloud does work for the most part but also has issues for a few days at a time on occasion. I've also noticed that the audio does not sync with the video, somehow the audio if a few seconds ahead of the video. No issues with the Solar charging so far.

This is one of the best gifts I have bought on Amazon. It was great value, easy to get running, attracts birds, etc. The camera is incredible. It is much higher resolution than I thought. The sound is extremely clear. Easy to mount and refill. So far easy to clean. Good battery life and solar, even with shorter Winter days. It is wonderful to see the variety of birds feeding, even in Winter. We both love it.

WOW! This has been so much fun to watch. I love seeing the videos, especially the bird identification. The app is very easy to use. I did have an issue with my motion sensitivity but turned out to be user error. I contacted support and immediately got a response. Yilia was super helpful and followed up to make sure it was operating as designed and was quick, professional and friendly. This has been one of the best purchases I've made, app is very easy to use. Don't pass on this one!
