Excellent Indoor Grill
Quality construction, rugged heating element. No provision for no smoke, but it doesn’t make much. Wonderful winter grilled steaks and pork chops. Cleans up easily in the dishwasher. Hard to clean the ribbed plate by hand. The cover keeps all of the splatter down and not all over everything. The cover comes off so easy and works so well.

Awesome!
This was ordered on a whim as I need to have a healthier way of cooking/grilling, without having to freeze outside in the winter. So far it is AWESOME! I've done smash burgers on the flat grill and Chicken on the grill plate. Both were outstanding! Quick cook time. Great taste. Easy to use AND clean! Small and manageable, without being too small.

Indoor Grilling Masterpiece
I've became a big fan of the Ninja Sizzle Griddle and Indoor Grill, model GR101, very fast, and I can confidently say it's a game-changer for indoor cooking. This 14'' electric grill, with its versatile design, makes it possible to enjoy grilled meals year-round any time with results that rival my summertime outdoor grill surprisingly. Performance: The steak and hamburgers I've cooked on this Ninja Sizzle have turned out remarkably well, with beautiful char marks and juicy interiors - just like you'd get on an outdoor grill. The 500°F max heat allows for that perfect sear, and the edge-to-edge cooking ensures there are no cold spots, delivering even cooking across the entire plate. Whether it's steak, burgers, or salmon, the flavors are locked in, and the textures are spot-on. Versatility: The ability to switch between grilling and griddling with the interchangeable plates is fantastic. I've made everything from pancakes for breakfast to fajita veggies for dinner, all with the convenience of indoor cooking. The griddle plate is perfect for those mornings when you crave a stack of pancakes, and the non-stick surface makes cooking eggs or bacon a breeze. Ease of Use: It's incredibly straightforward to operate with no complicated settings. The smokeless design is a lifesaver, especially in apartments or smaller homes where smoke can be an issue. I've grilled without setting off any smoke alarms, which is a testament to its low-smoke technology. Clean Up: One of my favorite features is how easy it is to clean. The grill/ griddle and top lid are dishwasher-safe components means you can spend more time enjoying my meal and less time cleaning up if need to, But I usually hand wash the parts they clean easy in the sink. The non-stick coating prevents food from sticking, which simplifies the post-cooking cleanup even further. Design: The silver finish looks modern and fits well with any kitchen decor. The size is just right for family meals or small gatherings, accommodating up to six burgers or a few steaks or serval pancakes at once. My only note would be that, like any electric grill, you need to ensure your outlet can handle the 1800W power draw, but this is a minor consideration given the overall performance. In summary, the Ninja Sizzle GR101 has brought the joy of grilling indoors with results that are surprisingly similar to my outdoor summer grilling. If you're looking to grill without waiting for warm weather or want a versatile kitchen appliance, this is definitely worth the investment. Highly recommended for anyone who loves grilled food but wants the ease and convenience of indoor cooking. And even if some things burn onto the surface if you are not carful it is easy to clean with dawn soap and a non abrasive scrubber. I've used a few different ones on mine dozens of times to get the cleaning done fast and it doesn't scratch the surface of the grill or griddle palates.

Amazing product
Love This! of all my Ninja products, This is one of my favorites. Great job, so easy to switch plates from griddle to grill, and extremely easy to clean. Size is perfect for us (2 seniors). Prefer this one over my Blackstone E griddle...gave it to our daughter

Great...but not smokeless.
Only reason I'm giving 4/5 is because it's not smokeless. Not sure how they can claim that. BUT...it works great. I use it on the stove under the range hood and have had no issues. I wish the power cord was a little longer. The best thing about it is that it can get hotter than a stove burner and cooks evenly over the entire surface. Searing steaks or tuna is so much easier than a pan on an electric burner. If you have a gas stove you might not have the same issues. But the small profile for storage plus the grill/griddle combo makes this well worth the purchase. If you require a smokeless solution though you might want to look at other options.

I Use My Ninja Griddle All The Time
I've had this for 8 months and I just love it. It heats evenly and is really easy to clean. I wouldn't say it's totally smokeless. For instance when I make grilled cheese sandwiches, if I let corners of the cheese hang over the bread and they melt on the hot surface they will smoke but I just make sure and cut those off before cooking the sandwich. Or you can just put the whole machine under your stove fan and suck the smoke out. It's not much smoke. Very good product. Great for cooking no mess burgers, too. Just close the lid and no splatter.

As a 2 in 1 griddle and grill, this is an expensive niche that I appreciate that fits my case.
Ill start off by saying this product definitely isn't for everyone. There are better grills you can get if you can cook outside, and their are cheaper griddle options you can get from stove top pans to electric griddles you should consider. However, I wanted this product from other competitors as it fits my case for where i find it to be really useful. I have an electric stovetop, which traditionally when I cook on doesn't distribute heat evenly, so getting a stovetop griddle was out of the conversation for me, as well as a stovetop grill. Stovetop grills are also really difficult to clean - there is a reason people tend to give these away to others after using it for a bit. I also live in a rental, and although I probably can cook on my porch, there are a looooot of bugs outside. To the point where I'm having issues keeping my screen window open to get in airflow into my house as I get nats coming in everyday dying to my bug zappers. I also generally don't know the HSA rules for my property since I'm just renting the spot, so I try to avoid doing things that may be an issue on that front. The other products that I was looking at (which I think was the hamilton beach) was cheaper, but didn't reach the temperature this one provided. This unit is also much easier to clean in comparison, as you can take off all components from the pans to the smoke cover to wash them. Firstly, this is not a smokeless product. This will reduce smoke that your food may produce, but don't purchase this and believe that your food won't create steam. Physically that is not possible, as the water leaving your food has to travel somewhere in some form, but the top of the vent gives you a way to dissipate the smoke to those vents to reduce what comes out overall. I've cooked on both the griddle and the grill, and haven't had issues with either. You will need to wait 7 minutes before operating on the product, but once thats gone, the temperature is consistent across the entire pan. The compact size allows me to cook what I want to cook and put it away in a pantry, as this isn't a product that I want out all the time. The product does seem to make some noise while operating, not really sure what this is from, but I'm assuming the pieces get rigid when their cooled off, and expand while in use which causes the unit to make noise from the expansion. Overall, I don't think this is for everyone but I think this is a solid grill for my use case and for my particular lifestyle, as I needed a product that is easy to clean, easy to store, cooks food evenly across the whole board, reduces smoke as much as possible (as I live in an apartment that has bad airflow without an AC. The window next to the window doesn't even have a screen on it), and I could mimic when I want a reduced down version of what gets cooked on traditional grills that do reach the temperatures this unit provides. I live single, so in terms of a family I don't think this would be a good unit as the plates in general are really compact, so you may need to spend more time to serve in those cases.

This was money well spent!
This grill is outstanding. We had a Hamilton Beach that wasn’t heating properly anymore after 4 years of use so we bought this after lots of research & reading reviews. We were going to get the 6 in 1 but we like to have our grill separate from the Air Fryer, & this got better reviews than that product. We also had to pick between this model, & the cheaper model that didn’t come with a griddle & im really happy we decided to get this because the griddle is amazing. Normally, in our biggest frying pan I can only get 5 pieces of bacon which I constantly have to rotate in order to make sure it cooks evenly. But on this? I can easily fit 8 pieces of bacon that all cook together at the same time because the heat distribution on this grill is awesome. With our last grill there would be grease spots under the grill, that would some how miss the trap, but not with this, and it gets hotter than the other one, and I think it’s hotter than the dial is set at 350° to 375°? It cooks at what seems like 400° so I found myself turning it down more than the instructions suggested. It’s really easy to use, and clean. It’s also very sleek & modern looking on the counter. It does pull about 12.5 amps so if you have this going with an air fryer that pulls a lot of amps on the same circuit? It might trip the breaker. I posted a pic you have to divide that number by 10. -The only two complaints we would have are, it doesn’t have a light to indicate when it reaches its cooking temp, and it didn’t come with a complimentary Ninja Throwing Star. I was really looking forward to that. I hope you love this as much as we do! (If you decide to get it!)
