These do the trick!
I bought these for a craft project, and they look really good. I found no quality concerns or discoloration in my pack. They soak up paint, so primer might be a good idea, ymmv. They hot glued down well. I will purchase them again if I have a project that needs them.

What size mm is.
Small than I thought but my fault for not knowing "mm's".

They were moldy
They were exactly what I wanted, however they had mildew/mold on them. I had to paint them to hide it. It would wipe off, but left them stained. Very disappointed.
