I have been using this in my espressos and with anything that I make that needs to be sweet and it’s great! It’s a combination of very mild molasses and honey.. it doesn’t taste bad when I add to coffee so it’s a big yes for me! I would say give it try!

This sounded like such a great alternative, all the good and non of the bad in Sweeteners. Well, i love Molasses and this at first taste does taste like a weak molasses. Then the aftertaste settles in. Not Good. It suggested on the label that two tsp. Works. I use one packet of stevia sweetener and two tsp. Doesn’t begin to sweeten my cup of tea. All I get is the horrible aftertaste. And on top of that, it’s 8.8oz. How many teaspoons do you think you’ll get in the Whole jar? No thank you! If it was returnable, and I have Prime, it’d be on the next flight back. P.S. it gives me heartburn and diarrhea

Minor detail - if put package on second step from top, could open screen door, without knocking package down. It is well wrapped, won';t break - just a tad more convenient - thanks

I selected this brand of Yacon Syrup to try because the price per fluid ounce was better than others. It shows NET WEIGHT 12.26 FL OZ. They mistakenly have it listed as both net weight and fluid ounces as 12.26 but the fluid ounces is only 6 ounces per my measurements. They should either have listed it as net weight 12.26 oz, or 6 fluid ounces, or both. Other than that, it was very good, and comes in a glass container. I made ice cream with it that turned out great but I am subtracting 2 stars because I was expecting twice as much syrup for the price.

Product tastes exactly as it should. I would say it is arguably better than another brand that I have tried. This syrup is thicker, which makes me think it is more pure in quality. I will be buying again.

This product is overpriced and not very sweet if you are looking for a healthy sweetener.
